Enerpan now meets montreal protocol standards for green compliance
In 2005, Enerpan made extensive changes to its process in accordance with Canada’s commitment to the reducing airborne substances which destroy the ozone layer. On the surface, this meant a change in foam blowing agents, notably HCFC being replaced with HFC 245.
In this process, however, Enerpan also developed several unique addtions to it foam manufacturing processes which result in significant improvements to foam uniformity, strength, and insulating qualities.
